1. Membership - Join CPS at no cost. Simply complete the Membership Agreement to get started.
2. Consultation - We provide vendor program recommendations tailored to your specific needs and challenges.
3. Vendor Programs - Access vendor discounts and/or benefits by signing a Letter of Participate (LOP) or Service Agreement.
4. Procurement - You work directly with our vendor partners to procure products and services.
5. Business Review - we routinely review your vendor programs with you to maximize your savings.
6. Ongoing Support - We benchmark your community and proactively identify solutions to anticipate your future needs.
