CPS recently assisted Greystone with establishing vendors to service their new flagship community, Legacy Point, in Winter Park, FL.  A time saver for the Greystone team, CPS coordinated the meetings to interview several best-in-class vendor partners. Once the optimal vendors were selected to deliver exceptional services for the community’s staff and residents, as well as operational and cost efficiencies, CPS facilitated the initiation of the vendors services.  Overall, Greystone was very pleased with the vendor selection, initiation process and results from the efforts by CPS.
